Above and beyond is how I would classify our experience with Willner Properties. Between selling our home, and buying a new home for us and our in-laws, what could have been an extremely stressful situation was not! Willner properties had a handle on the entire process right from the start, they were thorough and prompt to answer any and all questions, concerns, and crazy notions we threw at them. They gave great advice and have a ton of experience. I felt like they went to bat for us and always had our best interest at heart. They were on top of things and in front of the ball the entire process. Their patience, experience and professionalism are above and beyond.
Growing up in a small town with a family owned business, everyone knew me. This upbringing gave me a valuable sense of community and the opportunity to build my strong work ethic from a very young age. I even attended my first sales seminar at only 12 years old!
Joining the family business more than 14 years ago, I have continued to grow as I have built a successful real estate career representing sellers, buyers, and investors in the residential real estate market.
Committed to staying on the forefront of the industry, I have continued my real estate education by obtaining certifications as a Senior Real Estate Specialist, a Generational Housing Specialist and certified E-pro. Beyond these certifications, I receive ongoing professional real estate coaching by some of the most highly acclaimed real estate coaches in the industry.
Being an animal lover, I enjoy the country life with my husband and our eight-year-old son. My family has a small farm of our own including goats, a horse, chickens, a donkey, a pig, and several other animals. Living in the country and having a love and passion for animals is beneficial for my clients interested in purchasing rural property because I can share my personal as well as my professional expertise and experience.
I am adventurous! I enjoy traveling, camping, hiking, and spending time with my family and pets. Hosting parties, cooking, reading, and writing are some of my other favorite pastimes. I am also very passionate about my community. When I was Mrs. Oregon 2020 I started my own organization, For the good of giving, working together to help over 35 charities and organizations that I’ve enjoyed helping for the past ten years. Each year I have adopted dozens of families who have children with cancer fulfilling their holiday wish lists, coordinated events collecting donations for the Oregon Food Bank, hosted blood drives, and planned community events for my town, school, animal sanctuaries, veterans, and seniors.
I am a skilled negotiator; my strength lies in my ability to creatively analyze situations and proactively problem solve. I am readily available to address my clients concerns and questions as I guide them through the home buying and selling process. My creativity in marketing is an asset to my clients. Being a part of my family’s real estate business gives me flexibility and offers my clients the support of four other professional brokers.
If you are considering buying or selling a home, I am available and happy to help you navigate the process. You can trust that I will meticulously attend to every detail of your real estate transaction. I look forward to the opportunity to help you with your future real estate needs.
